This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing AI-assisted content workflows across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goalsLeverage AI tools to ideate, generate, schedule, and optimize social contentOwn the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI insightsCollaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launchesEstablish best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governanceStay current on AI trends, platform updates, and social media best practicesRequired QualificationsProven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or businessHands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analyticsPrior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be consideredStrong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metricsAbility to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companiesFamiliarity with paid social amplification and A/B testingExperience defining brand voice and social guidelinesTools & TechnologyAI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similarSocial Platforms & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similarAnalytics: Native platform analytics, Google AnalyticsCollaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google WorkspacePlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
