You provide support in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions.As a Senior Client Accountant, you willSupport internal customers by identifying areas to increase ebitdaMaximize revenue through accurate timely client billing processPrepare monthly/on-going billing and reporting for external clientsSupport the finance management team in effort to maximize efficient and accuracy of billing to increase ebitda and cash flowRun reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting processPrepare, customer financial reporting, analysis and billingMentor staff on the billing team to foster growth in the departmentComplete tracking and reporting for leisureAbout youBachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experiencePrevious finance or client billing experience Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets requiredProficiency in PeopleSoft, ADS/Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, ExcelExcellent time management, leadership skills, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple deadlines at the same timeAbility to work independently Must have high speed Internet and be able to work in a home office reasonably free of distractionsWhat we offer youAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
