Because atSolventum, we never stopsolving foryou.The ImpactYou’llMake in this Role The Specialist, Transformation Management Office (TMO) will support transformation workstreams by developing structured outputs,maintainingcore tracking processes, and synthesizing inputs to enable program execution and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a practical, applied way. Here, you will make an impact by:Strategic problem solving: Contribute to development of overall transformation strategy and help share direction across workstreamsStructured Outputs & Synthesis:Consolidateinputs from multiple teams and translate into clear summaries and structured outputsTracking Systems & Process Support:Maintaintracking tools and reporting files, ensuring consistency and accuracyMaterials Development:Build slides, charts, and supporting materialsKnowledge Management & Organization:Maintaintemplates, trackers, and shared resources as a “single source of truth”Cross-Team Support: Support working sessions and input coordination, with opportunities to take on increasing ownershipYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventumrequires(at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higherAND2years ofproject management experience (such as consulting, analyst, or business support roles) ORHighschool/ GED AND 6years ofproject management experience (such as consulting, analyst, or business support roles) Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Demonstrated ability to apply structured problem-solving to address business problems and shape strategic directionExposure to healthcare or medtech industryProficiencyin Excel (e.g., pivots, lookups) and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting cross-functional projects or teamsComfort working with data in practical, applied ways Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnDemonstrated ownership and accountability in prior rolesAbility to organize and synthesize information into clear outputsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you maybe requiredto enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
