Come join us!Role Description We are looking for a full-time remote Patient Representative excited about creating a high quality patient experience and contributing to the smooth operations of multiple busy women’s health practices. This individual is outgoing and detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity.What you’ll do: Serve as overflow support to multiple practices by, answering and working incoming callsand messagesAnswer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from our current patientsAct as the second line of call for incoming calls from new patientsAnswer incoming phone calls from other stakeholders (e.g., external medical provider offices, start incoming referral requests)Check and respond to voicemail and after hours messagesSupport patient scheduling:Schedule patients from incoming phone callsConduct no show and cancelation follow-upSupport schedule re-shuffles (e.g., when provider is called out)Work through appointment ticklersSupport central communications intake and follow up through various mediumsOther duties as assignedWork Schedule (Eastern Standard Time Zone): ● Must be available Monday through Friday, hours between 9:00a-6:00pExperience / Qualifications: ● Minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training● Excellent communication skills● Ability to solve practical problems in various situations● Must have the ability to multitaskBenefits● Competitive compensation● Health; dental & vision, with an HSA/FSA option ● 401(k) with employer match ● Paid time off● Paid parental leaveDiana Health Culture ● Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement ● Positive, can do / how can I help attitude● Empathy for our team and our clients● Taking ownership and driving to results● Being scrappy and resourcefulOriginally posted on Himalayas
