Part-Time Bookkeeper

For clients who want to go deeper, we’re here to work through financials together, plan ahead, and talk through the decisions that matter most to their business. As our client base grows, **we’re looking for a part\-time bookkeeper to join our small remote team. Someone who takes pride in keeping the numbers clean and accurate so our clients and team can focus on the bigger picture.** The ideal candidate will be open, organized, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and software. **Responsibilities** * Reconcile accounts and deliver monthly P\&L reports and balance sheets * Manage cash accounts and maintain a reliable cash flow projection process * Perform monthly and year\-end close procedures, meeting all project deadlines * Communicate with clients via email to gather information, follow up on outstanding items, and keep projects moving * Coordinate with the internal team and flag questions or discrepancies to the lead CPA **Requirements** * 2\+ years of small business bookkeeping experience * QuickBooks proficiency (required) * Strong Excel skills * Organized and detail\-oriented * Able to take initiative on your own while supporting shared team goals * Comfortable with a fully remote workflow * Promote clear, open, and prompt communication across the team * Strong eye for how processes work, with a focus on complete and precise record\-keeping **Nice To Have** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field * CPA, EA, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, or Xero Advisor certification * Experience with Xero or Wave *Join us as a Part\-Time Bookkeeper and become an essential part of our mission to maintain transparent and accurate financial operations.
