* We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the continental US *The Work: ICF is looking for an enthusiastic ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help put smart data science at the heart of what we do. If you are ServiceNow Developer interested in applying your expertise in text and data analytics in a consulting environment, then this may be the role for you.Job Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and also prohibits personal VPN connections.What You Will Do: Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.Perform unit, system, and integration testing.Debug and fix technical problems.Support the development of detailed technical documentation.Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.What You Will Bring With You:3 + years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications: CSA plus one other certification.U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or Public Trust due to federal contract requirements.1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust.MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.What We Would Like You To Bring With You: Experience working in an Agile environment.Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).Experience with HAM, SAM and Virtual AgentExperience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.Active DHS Public TrustAgile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications.General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with diverse people at all levels.Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.Hands-on experience (>480 hours each) configuring or building 5 or more ServiceNow applicationsIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practicesFamiliarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principlesStrong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScriptStrong technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule developmentExperience in customizing UI and creating complex workflowsAn understanding of integration techniques with external systemsExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesDetail-oriented tendencies with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesThe ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionallyProfessional Skills:Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.#DMX24 #senw22 #Indeed #Clearance #SWICE23Working at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
