Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidatesJob Role: Email Channel ManagerFull Time: Independent ContractorSalary Budget: Part-time: $1250 AUD to Full-time: $2500 AUDWork Schedule: This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week, expected to transition to full-time after 3 months. By combining cutting-edge microbiome and metabolic testing with personalized analysis and supplement delivery, it offers an integrated, science-backed at-home tests and subscription programs that are convenient, affordable, and accessible.Role Overview: We’re looking for an Email Channel Manager to take ownership of our email campaigns. Working with the Social Media Manager, Analytics Manager , our Creative and Marketing Team, you’ll help plan and design email extensions to campaigns, audience and list segmentation, testing methodology, build and manage nurture customer retention and acquisition sequences, follow-ups, and monthly emails in ActiveCampaign, working with provided copy and designs and you’ll be invited to contribute your thoughts on content and execution strategy. Your focus will be on execution, automation, and improving performance.Key Responsibilities:Build, launch, and manage customer email acquisition, nurture/retention and win-back sequences, campaign extensions and follow-ups, and monthly email campaignsDesign and implement automated workflows within ActiveCampaignManage and optimise ActiveCampaign CRM (Deals module), including pipeline setup and maintenanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, testing and optimisation, segmentation, and targetingMonitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and continuously optimise for resultsEnsure email deliverability best practices and compliance standards are metMaintain clean, organised, and segmented contact listsRequirementsProven experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-endStrong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (automation, CRM/Deals, segmentation)Experience building and optimising email nurture flows and lifecycle campaignsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance dataStrong attention to detail and ability to execute with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:Experience working with health, SaaS, or startup environmentsFamiliarity with email deliverability and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)Basic understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketingWhat Success Looks Like:Fully functional and optimized email nurture systemsImproved engagement and conversion rates across campaignsWell-structured and efficient CRM pipeline within ActiveCampaignWork Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client workReflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)Originally posted on Himalayas
