Job Description

The RoadRunners is hiring 2 organized, reliable office support team members for our Oxford, CT office. This role is 100% in\-person (no remote, no hybrid). You must be able to reliably commute to Oxford, CT and work onsite during normal business hours. The RoadRunners operates a growing group of gas stations, convenience stores, food\-service spaces, and related fuel/retail businesses across Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our Oxford office is a local control center for paperwork, operations coordination, compliance, vendor follow\-up, accounting support, and physical office work. We also have a support office in Pakistan that helps with accounting, cameras, pricing, reporting, and administrative follow\-up. We may hire two people with slightly different strengths (depending on experience and fit). Responsibilities * Office administration, filing, scanning, organizing physical/digital files * Mail handling * Licensing and permits tracking and follow\-up * Insurance certificate tracking * Compliance calendar and site documents * Vendor follow\-up and repair/service call tracking Accounting \& paperwork support (depending on fit) * Daily deposit paperwork * Accounts payable preparation and invoice entry support * QuickBooks support (as trained) * Payroll paperwork support * Credit card batch paperwork * Store report organization * Communication with our Pakistan support office Requirements * 100% in\-person (no remote, no hybrid) * Reliable attendance; able to follow checklists * Strong organization and attention to detail * Good computer skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * Basic Excel * Professional phone and email communication * Comfortable calling vendors/insurance/service providers/store managers Preferred (not required) * QuickBooks experience * Accounts payable / invoice entry / bookkeeping support experience * Office administration experience * Experience in a busy office like property management, construction, insurance, banking, dealership, municipal, or legal Training Gas station experience is not required. We can train the right person on gas station paperwork, vendor invoices, store deposits, fuel\-related documents, licensing/permits, insurance tracking, store compliance, internal reporting, filing systems, and communication systems.
